Caroline is an innovator in the field of self-development especially for leaders and managers. She holds post-graduate qualifications in hypnotherapy from University College London as well as being a master practitioner in NLP.

She has written for professional publications, such as The Times Educational Supplement and Management in Education and books and papers on mentoring, learning about learning and meta learning.

She has supported many charities as Trustee but recently has founded The Elliot Foundation that will give rise to a thriving community of schools succeeding on behalf of its children and communities. This charity will focus exclusively on the unique role of primary education in improving the life chances of children.
